About the Job

The Product Specialist serves as a key technical resource, supporting the sales team with product demonstrations, addressing customer inquiries, and instilling confidence in GuardWare Suite’s capabilities and ongoing support.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales, implementation, and support teams to drive new business and ensure seamless customer onboarding.

This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension for an additional 12 months and the potential to transition into a full-time role in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement

Participate in customer calls and meetings to understand their needs and requirements.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.

2. Technical Sales Support

Provide in-depth technical expertise and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.

Address technical questions and concerns, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of our products.

Support the transition of projects from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring a smooth handover to the implementation team.

Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.

3. Software Deployment, Proof of Concepts (POC) and Assessments

Configure and deploy GuardWare for assessment or POC scenarios.

Tailor configurations to align with specific client requirements

Assist in developing and presenting findings and recommendations to clients.


4. Customer Support and Training

Provide training to customers and partners on key GuardWare features and functionality.

Diagnose and resolve technical challenges effectively and efficiently.

Act as the escalation point for complex support issues.


5. Market Feedback

Gather and relay feedback from customers to the product development and marketing teams to help improve our offerings.

Training:

 Hands on training will be provided on how to configure and run GuardWare solutions.

How to address data security challenges in an organisation using GuardWare solutions.

How to conduct data security assessments and present to the customer.


About You

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Prior experience in pre-sales or technical sales, especially in cybersecurity or SaaS, is a plus.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and technologies.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, Linux) are highly desirable.

Technical expertise in infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is an advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary: 70 to 80k+ Super



About the Job

The Channel Manager (CM) will be responsible for the partner program that comprises of the Affiliate and Influences program, Silver and Gold Partnerships. This is a performance-based role where the CM will be required to meet quarterly revenue targets from new and existing partners.

Target Market:

Initial Target

GuardWare focus in the SME sector across all industries, we have a priority in 2025 to establish “Silver Partners” which will mostly be Managed Service Providers (MSP’s) that will serve anywhere from 50 to 1,000 clients. We expect that the CM will identify, engage and manage the partner network to meet the sales revenue targets. The partners will be primarily in Australia with additional partners being in EMEA and APAC as enquires come through.

Extended Target

As the business expands to develop partner network for the enterprise market. Developing vendor related channels like placing the product on AWS and MS stores.


Experience:

The candidate we are looking for would have:

Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, threat landscapes, and market trends.

Previous experience working for an IT distributor, with knowledge of partner ecosystems, channel sales, and vendor-distributor dynamics.

Proven track record in recruiting, managing, and growing reseller/MSP/MSSP partnerships.

Experience in driving revenue growth through channel sales, partner enablement, and strategic alliances.

Familiarity with the Australian cybersecurity landscape, key distributors, resellers, and industry regulations.

Ability to bridge the gap between technical cybersecurity solutions and commercial sales strategies.

Experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Systems

Key Responsibilities:

The main focus of the CM in 2025 will be to develop the Silver Partner network, but also building up the Affiliate program (MSP’s that sell GuardWare, but are not committed to the Silver partner KPI’s). In addition, they would be responsible for

Affiliate and Influencer program

o Focusing on scaling out MSP’s referrals

Silver and Gold Partner Program

o Develop and manage the program

Partner Relationship Management (PRM)

o Implement and manage PRM and scale out MSP’s across regions.

Recruitment and Onboarding

o Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners who align with GW goals and products.

Relationship Management

o Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize sales opportunities run Monthly partner meetings.

Sales Growth:

o Drive sales growth through channel partners by identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams.

Training and Support:

o Coordinate training and support to partners to ensure they are well-equipped to sell the company's products and services.

o Contribute to developing GW Academy program

Strategic Planning:

o Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and revenue through channel partners.

Performance Monitoring:

o Monitor and analyze the performance of channel partners and provide feedback and guidance to improve their effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Experience

o At least 5 years of experience in channel management within the cybersecurity sector.

o Proven track record of driving sales growth through channel partners

o Experience working for an IT distributor.

Skills

o Strong organizational and communication skills.

o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

o Technological mindset to engage in high-level technical discussions with partners.
